For the person that said "That's life, my dear..." how would you like that to happen to you? That's life? Well, what comes around goes around, dear.

My view - I think it's sad, but isn't that the nature of human beings. That's generalising of course. I find it disappointing to see what we humans will do to get on top of the food chain.
I'm always wary of the very friendly ones - usually they want something This is of course apart from those that I would actually call friends. If it was a friend who stabbed me in the back then I would question them, front them. When I was younger I would be too scared to front a friend if they went against me - not anymore.
In this day and age usually the very friendly have learned to be that way to get what they want - shallow people. For those who are genuine - I take my hat off to you.

There are so many interpretations or possibilities for what you have as description it is impossible to give a coherent answer. Your loss is their gain and they accomplish this using dishonesty. There are so many ways to use dishonesty and deception for personal gain. When reading the advertisements or commercials look for the fine print. It is common place. Retention of facts is another method to rob you of something, if only your self esteem or sense or personal security in your ability to detect deception. In a twisted mind any action you do could be judged revenge worthy. There is no accounting the thoughts of a paranoid, they can justify any action, but fail to plan any good.

I have same problem with you.
We life with people who have an interesting of themselves (egoism), so In dealing those kind of situation its better you face with smile, Patient and thinking positive even its hurt. Why I say it because if you mad and quarrel with them there's nothing you can solve and achieve. in some cases sometime we have to straight .... and if its for a right thing to do. but remember
everything we/they do there are consequences. Dont worry be happy. ^_~

I have trust issues so I tend to ignore people like that.
I also tend to put on a false smile when I have to deal with people so not to offend but keep my distant other wise.

I'd be a bad person to pull that with..I'm normally quite amicable..but that can change very quickly. It is rare for a person to even attempt such a thing with me anyway.. They seem to sense I am not vic.. and I'm not... as for you? quit looking and acting like a victim.. they'll go away and seek easier targets

I just don't like it...so i don't go and do the same thing...i just talk to them about it. i hate that when ppl do that. So to handle is to talk with the person, thats just about it and if they don't want to listen to you than that is their problem they lost a great friend.

Girls! What can you do?!
Mostly happened in school to me, so I avoided all girls and was REALLY sexist. I think that's why it took so long for me to figure out that I'm a lesbian.
