most pregnancy test show a positive from your first "missed" day of your period. however if you had sex earlier in the month it could have been from then. After 18 days if you are still unsure go to planned parenthood for another test. It could just be stress or your cycle changing. your hormones change very rapidly when you become pregnant that is what the tests check for, it could also be an infection so plez go see a doctor

Your test should come back positive by now. Of course, it could be too early, but most tests can pick it up by now.

Not sure what you mean by show even when you missed your period?

You could be pregnant or you might be stressed, but I would bet on pregnant. Wait another week and take the test again.

Pregnancy generally occurs mid-cycle during ovulation, but it is remotely possible you could be pregnant. Wait another couple of weeks. If you skip another period, take the test again, or see your doctorn especially if your pain increases.

Why r u having sex without birth control let alone unprotected sex. The threat is real. U need to educate yourself. And yes u could still b pregnant.
