Changeing your Password is always something that you must do. It maybe a hacker you need to get a Firewall and use it. It will keep out all the people that you don't want out of your computer.

You must change your password.
One of the worst things you can do is to give other people your password, or to take one that people can easily identify with you. (That's things like your name, or maiden name if you're married ... the name of your child/ren ... the name of a pet ... your date of birth ... the date when something special happened ... your first school.)
Try to make a password that uses capital letters as well as lower case letters, numbers and unusual characters ... and don't make it just a few letters long. Make it something of a considerable length. It may take you longer to log in each time, but the chances of someone 'guessing it' are remote.
