if they are at the rim of the head of the penis, then they are cool. They ar caled PPTs. I forgot what PPT stands for but it does happen and it is not contagious or anything like that. If they are on or around the shaft ir base, they could be pimples (they do happen down there) and they get delicate. If you think it is something else, get a check up or go to the school nurse.

I believe these are fordyce spots my friend. Don't freak out... they are totally normal and harmless. Wikipedia it and look at the pictures for a correct diagnosis. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about them, so you might want to improve your penis skin in other ways. There are penis health cremes available that improve skin condition and hygiene.... you might want to check these out. I use one and my girl is blown away by how soft and smooth my skin is down there. It's a total confidence boost. Good luck man.

This has nothing to do with STI's. They're most likely hair follicles!
I had the same issue. I was terrified. But then I noticed that most of the pimple-like bumps had HAIR coming from them. Wow! That's probably why it's mostly on the back and bottom.
I'm not sure what causes it though. Nothing to be alarmed about. It went away after a few weeks for me.

If you are truly a virgin, then it is hair follicles that have become irritated and may even be infected, like any ingrown hair. Try showering twice a day, first thing in the morning and again before bed and wash the area thoroughly. This should not be an unpleasant experience. And wear 100% cotton underwear that allows room to dangle. Good luck.

You may still technically be a virgin, but if someone has given you oral sex and they have cold sores you can get the herpes virus. You can get a variety of things from outer sex(no penetration) and anal sex as well. Also, how clean are you keeping it? Sometimes you can get an infection or they could be ingrown hairs etc.

Its normal to have little bumps on your penis, if they're like goose bumps then you have nothing to worry about.

Although I am a woman, it sounds to me like they are merely harmless "skin tags" and nothing at all to be concerned about. But, check with your doctor just to be sure.

See your doctor you could have picked up a STD. You don't have to have sex to do that.
