this thing will not download on my computer. it keeps saying its successfully downloaded but slideshows and youtube.com will not play. i downloaded it so many times but i dont know whats wrong with it

It is probably not compatiable with your Operating system if you dont already have Windows XP you need to get it. It will work fine on that.

Do a Google search for it, and find somewhere else, other than Adobe to download it. I've had to do that with programs in the past.

go to http://www.downloads.com and search for it.
