Looking for unlabeled cologne that I can purchase and relabel for resale

ok some of you out there missed the point. Looking for a manufactuer of unlabeled frangrances that can be purchased for a store and legally relabeled. Not brand name fragrances that have their labels taken off. Now that I have gone into detail, hopefully I can get a response that is not based on trying to defraud someone.
