Given the incredibly low dose of hormones in birth control pills it is very possible. The doses used to be much higher and so it was less of a problem if you missed one. But when it became apparent that those high doses were linked to cancer and other health problems they were majorly decreased. Because of that though the hormones aren't in your body as long, not doing the job you want them to do as long so missing a dose (and in your case three) could lead to pregnancy. Especially if you're having unprotected sex. It would be a good idea to hold off on sex and the pill until you know for sure. In the future you'll want to take the pill around the same time EVERY DAY.

Yes. That is why it says in the directions if you miss the pill for 2 or more days then you have to use some other type of birth control until your next cycle.

Yeah, it's definitely a possibility. Most unplanned pregnancies are actually caused by incorrect birth control usage. You probably know this, but from now on you really, really need to remember to take your pill at the same time EVERY day, okay? In the meantime, wait for your period, and if you miss it, go take a pregnancy test.

pill is what 99.something % effective, to add more to that wear a condom. Not sure about you being pregnant, there's always a chance.
