You are still afraid of yourself, not because that is natural, but because you have been taught to hate what you are by others.

There is nothing wrong with being naked. Ask him if it is ok if you practice being naked when its just you and he together at home. If it is, literally take all your clothes and lounge around. It will help desensitize you to the learned reaction.

When you feel negativity coming on, address it directly, either in your mind, clearly forming the words, or verbally aloud. Say:"I reject this negativity. I accept who and what I am and love what I am. I love my partner, I love my penis, and I love sex." Repeat this three times. You will feel the negative, self-rejecting thought fade away. This is called affirmation.

You can use affirmation when you shower also. After you have taken off your clothing, look at yourself in the mirror and say "I love who I am. I have a good body and I know that I can succeed at anything I want." Repeat this three times WHETHER YOU THINK YOU HAVE A GOOD BODY OR NOT. Two things will happen, over time the affirmation will begin to "feel" right to you and your body will respond -- posture will get better and so forth.

Be yourself, love yourself, release the learned negativity toward sex, and learn to enjoy your body and your boyfriend. *hug*

You are GREAT!

PS If you are going to use verbal affirmations, then please feel free to show your boyfriend this post, so he knows why you are suddenly talking to yourself :-)

First, make SURE YOUR CLEAN. Get an enema or whatever you need and clean yourself or you will be embarrassed (no one likes surprises, well, some do, but that's another question). Take it like 30 minutes before your ready and remember that if your partner wants it, he must not think its very gross. There is no rule about being naked, leaving one or two items of clothes on can lend a little heat to the situation anytime if worn properly! Just worry about pleasing HIM and everything will be okay.

Have fun, that's what its all about (and we're not talking Hokey Pokey here!) : )

I think maybe this means that you are embarrased of your body. Perhaps you don't think you are attractive naked? If your partner loves you and wants to be with you, you have no need to be insecure. Hope this helps.

i think it means you need confidence. in you and your partner. as I'm hoping you're in a monogamous relationship i don't think your partner would have sex with you and think bad things about your body so if he says nothing and encourages you then believe it and buck up proudly!good luck!

You don't have to do anal if it makes you uncomfortable. You do not have to do anything you are not comfortable with. There are alternatives to being gay.

i think you just need time to get to know the person. it sounds to me that you don't totally feel comfortable around him. get to know each other on an intellectual level and then on an intimate level. i bet if you do you will just love to shake you booty at him
good luck

Why would anyone converse with such an illiterate, let alone have sex with him?

well lots of people have body image problems...some imagined and some real...I don't know...but I'll bet that your partner doesn't dislike your body one bit.
