Enough to make me sleepy. I have a high tolerance for sedating drugs. I have taken 400mg before and didn't really notice it, but I don't want to die either!

Be carefull with Darvon and Darvocet, they are weak painkillers but in fact their metabolites (end products after your body works on it) are known to be very sedating without a high--- so in fact we do not use this medications in older patients as the metabolits are quite sedating, your weight here does not matter but try to lose some somehow dude.

Take it as prescribed on the prescription label. If you exceed the recommended dose you are only going to really piss of your pharmacist when you come in for early refills. They will put a huge note in your file that you are a potential drug abuser. Now we don't want that we have enough psychos to deal with we don't need another one. Secondly, do you like your liver? Then listen to you doctor.

I don't think Darvon is the drug for you. You should ask your doctor and get something stronger, that is not HABIT forming.
