I have to get up like 3 times sometimes at night and sometimes I don't make it and pee myself. Like, I'll wake up, and have to pee really bad, sit up and pee myself while sitting there or when I'm walking to the bathroom. My mom found out once and FLIPPED out on me. Should I buy diapers? I don't know which ones to buy. What diapers fit a 103lb 14 year old? Would diapers be worth it? I just don't want my mom to find out anymore, and I think I could probably dispose of a diaper easier than washing laundry, but I don't really have much money so I don't want to if I don't have to. I have had problems before (I sometimes don't really make it in the day) and my mom has taken me to the doctor and there is nothing wrong so she says I'm lazy. I thought she would finally be sorry for getting mad at me but all the tests came back normal. I've tried not drinking anything for a while before bed, but I get sooooo thirsty. I mean, its not bedwetting I don't think, since I'm awake when it happens?????

badgirlgimpy why would you say I am lying!! This sucks! I wish I was lying! What am I supposed to do? My mom says I'm lazy and I come here and I am called a lyer!
And I'm not thirsty all the time, I saw on the goodnites website that you shouldn't drink before going to bed but I usually end up drinking anyway because I get really thirsty if I don't drink before bed. I don't get thirsty if I drink though. I don't even know if this would be bedwetting though, isn't that when you are sleeping and you pee? I am usually awake when this happens, just not quick enough (sometimes).
I don't want to go to the docotr, because that means my mom finds out that I am still doing it. You don't understand. She got so mad at me for making her take me to the doctor when there was nothing wrong with me. I don't know what to do. I just wish it would go away.

Ok, I also think your making this up but whatever. Why not keep a jar by your bed. That's the great thing about being a guy, you can whip it out and go whenever. (I am so jealous when I go snowmobiling) If your Mom sees the jar tell her its Mountain dew....Just don't forget, you know how thirsty you get.

There is nothing wrong with needing to wear diapers, even if you are 14 years old. Not everyone's bladder develops the same and some don't completely develop until your teen years.
I was 13 before I stopped wetting the bed. I wore diapers at night most of the time. That eventually evolved into just a plastic sheet on the matress under the regular sheet to keep the matress from getting ruined. I changed a few wet sheets but that's okay.
If you do wear diapers how will you hide them from your mom, what will you do with the used diapers? You can't put them in your trash, your mom may find them. You can't keep them in your room because after a couple of days your room will smell like a septic tank.
My suggestion would be if you are going to wear them then you need to get up, get dressed and when you go out you stop at a public restroom somewhere where you can take them off and throw them away to get rid of them. At that time, if need be, you can put on another one if you have to have it for protection during the day.
I'm sorry you are having this problem. I wish you well.

Honestly darlen. You have a physical condition that needs attention. You are not lazy. No one wants attention that badly that they would wet themselves. Especially since you are trying to hide it. I think you have a weak bladder. There is a muscle that controls the flow of urine from you bladder. That may be weak. Or something may be pushing on your bladder, like when a woman is pregnant. The baby is positioned right over the bladder and when she sleeps she has to get up many times in the night because they baby keeps the bladder compressed therefore there is no room for a normal amount of urine. Sometimes if she sneezes, or bends over and puts more pressure on the bladder urine will escape uncontrollably. I even had times when I finished but when I stood up to put my clothes back on more trickled out.
It really sounds like there may be something pressing on your bladder. I think you need to go to a doctor and have a c-scan.
Please get someone to take you back to the doctor.

If your constantly thirsty, it seems to me that there is a bigger problem here. Your mom should be worried about it, you need to go to another DR. SOmetimes they miss things. I am not sure what it may be, but I think if you get what ever it is under control, the bed wetting will soon cease after.

Wow. First- find a new doctor. There are "adult" products to offer protection that are discreet and effective. Have a serious conversation with your mom. Tell her your concerns. She may be upset, but cannot truly believe you would wet yourself because you are lazy. You have a medical or psychological condition that you need help with. Best of luck to you. BTW, as a mom, I would appreciate the second chance to help my son. Give her another try. AND..I would buy the adult products for my son.

You have just answered your own question with the comment, "I been drinking water at night also" Stop drinking fluids at least 2 hours before going to bed and make sure you take a pee before retiring

you might have UTI
urinary tract infection
its nothing serious
if it hurts you when you pee then you probably have it.
just go to a doctor
let them test your pee
and they will give you a medication if you have it
if not then tell them about it
see if they noe whats going on down there!

first and foremost get checked for diabetes(very, very important), make sure you don't have an infection(that could be caused by diabetes), and third you might have a condition known as enuresis(bed wetting) more common than you might think among adolescents.

You know you're lying!! You don't even have that problem. You just made up a stupid question that actually sounds realistic. Congradulations. At least that's better than the obvious stupid questions. It is funny though!! LOL! My suggestion to you is that you take a creative writing class while you're in school (if you are still in school) You may have some real talent!
