I'd try a girdle then. Griddles have the tendancy to make you have a bigger stomach.

To lose your stomach, wear a hot griddle. It will surely "burn" a few pounds of flab off. Or did you mean girdle. That is entirely another question.

A girdle will not help you to lose weight or to tone muscles, in fact, over time, it could have entirely the opposite effect. If you want to wear one over short periods of time to help you fit into "skinny" clothes as motivation, that would be okay, but it should be avoided for toning or losing weight. If you wear additional support all the time, it is just going to make the muscles weak.

The most comfortable girdles are ones made by Spanx. They were featured on Oprah and the Today Show awhile back.
Using a weighted hula hoop will tone up your stomach FAST--and it feels good and is relaxing.

I suggest you don't wear a griddle or a girdle. exercise and lessening food intake works for me.

Anything that is taut and will flatten out the stomach , you will just have to go to the store and look around at the different ones they have. No one brand is better for everyone. It is an individual thing. You may want to consider support hose as well.
