Neo-conservatives don't have any sort of upper hand, they are just extremely vocal about their opinions. It seems they think that the louder they scream about something the less idiotic their rants become. In truth, the worst thing liberal minded people can do is cater to Republicans' hateful rhetoric by participating in it in any way. Let those armchair Ann Coultiers have their tantrums, and feel confident that a Democratic GOP is only a couple of years away.
