I seriously doubt it. I'm sure some do and I know Dale Jr. drinks Bud but it ain't his favorite.
I mean Bobby Labonte used to drive the Wellbutrin car and the commercials said specifically that he didn't use it.

I know a former driver, now team owner who drinks Bass Ale instead of MGD. There's a good boy.

Maybe in public they are expected to, but I'm sure in private they can eat, drink and use whatever they like. That would sure suck if Pepsi was your sponsor and you had to drink it all the time, but liked Coke better huh?

Im sure they have to use them at all times. Hey, i never thought i would say it, but i would pass by Coke products, even if they are on sale and buy Pepsi. (jeff gordon)
you will never see me in a home depot or its surrounding areas so dont even look. ill be shopping at Lowes (jimmie johnson)
i tend to use products that NASCAR endorses.....batteries, gas, drinks, cereals, etc....

Yes; Mark Martin uses lots of Viagra, much to the delight of Mrs. Martin. However, it can be very uncomfortable for him when he is racing.

I know of one who does not drink the flavor of soda that he is sponsored by, and I saw him in a restaurant drinking the competitors flavor.
