i got it and i want to change the ring but itz on too tight... im not sure if i gotta twist or just pull it off... anyone kno how?

a ring or a post? ring you pop the bead out (the piercer may have put this on exceptionally tight so you wouldn't loose it, same w/ the post). the post you have to hold the disk in place with one hand and twist the ball off with the other-this is easier if you can get ahold of a pair of hemostats. walmart will have some in the craft section-do not share them w/ anyone and be sure to keep 'em clean!

nicely no count if it rather is a tongue peircing in simple terms take it and grip the actual and take the different 2 palms and spin it off from the back area of ur tongue that the terrific way i found to take the ball off

just twist it but it will wiggle out! then just slide the ring in..it might hert alittle if its nott the same gaug.

Twist it to your right. Use some lube..
