dance. im in jr high and i still dont know how to dance.We have a school dance coming up and i dont know how guys dance.So i dont know whats expected of me. please help

and my friends arent very helpful and all my friends that are girls will think im wierd trust me

In modern day America, school dances offer little "dancing", what they instead offer is swaying to the beat of the song that is playing - and thankfully, that is an easy dance to learn.
If you're still uncomfortable, watch for awhile before trying to get out on the dance floor and let the rythym guide you in your movement. As for slow dancing, it is simply your arms around her waist, her arms around your shoulders and swaying together.

All you half to do is just go out there and wiggle around,move your arms around and bob up and down.I think they call it dancing.
Just be your sweet self and those ole boys could care less if you can dance are not.It will come to you..Have fun.

watch a few music videos,
but whatever you do do NOT just stand there with your hands in your pockets, get up HAVE SOME FUN! who acres if you make a fool of yourself, its a dance! no one should be judging you.
but seriously, i dance more with the guys who move, rather thenthe guys who jsut stand there, that kinda kills the point of a "dance"
