It could be a number of things. How are you connecting? If you're using dialup, it could be line noise. If you're on a wireless network, it could be interference from a cordless phone or mucrowave oven. It could be malware.

if your on a dial up, its probably a dodgy line. Maybe its worth while finding out if there is anothr isp in your area using a differnt type of connection.

uh huh did you check the connections and is the wireless card
