It could be a number of things. How are you connecting? If you're using dialup, it could be line noise. If you're on a wireless network, it could be interference from a cordless phone or mucrowave oven. It could be malware.

try a clean telephone first,off a neighbour is maximum inexpensive, lol. if the comparable, you have a mild hr fault, (severe resistance, disconnection). ring 151 and bang your head against the wall, or bypass direct to your cyber web sp, and request a broadband healthcheck. its a mild undesirable connection down the line someplace, not sufficient to make it noisy, yet to clutter your adsl up. your isp might have the potential to be certain the drops, and could variety you out with an openreach sfi traveling you. if your on a dial up, its probably a dodgy line. Maybe its worth while finding out if there is anothr isp in your area using a differnt type of connection.

uh huh did you check the connections and is the wireless card
