I live in a village populated by old people give me some ideas to brighten things up

It is not just the young that get bored, I do to and I'm no spring chicken but I am not stupid either, anyway you could do what everyone said talk to the old folk and get all their stories then start a yahoo 360 and record them all on there, you might even enjoy the stories and if you do then some else will. Some have really funny stories and I am sure if you ask nicely they will not mind you putting them in a blog

Talk to them, listen to them tell their stories. Some of these are likely to amuse you and you will be doing them a great favor by coming in to listen to them. Old people always need someone to talk to, especially about themselves. This is important to them to make them stay mentally alert, it makes them feel continually significant and they'd be grateful for the companionship your presence brings.
On top of those, you might pick-up a lesson here and there that could help you through life even when you grow old. Plus it is "good karma". Who knows, when you, too, need companionship, no matter how short in your twilight years, fate would be kind enough to bring you some to return the favor you once gave in your youth.

you say you live in a village then there will be a river or lake then you can spend time by swimming, catching fish, boating, and u can also go out for site seeing where u can breathe in fresh air and enjoy the natures beauty.....there are so many things u can do to amuse yourself.....village life is a calm and cool life u r very lucky to stay there.....

older people have so many memories that are often lost, if i were in your place i would probably invite a few people over and ask them some questions about their lives and their families before them. it is very interesting to hear how people lived in this country as well as other countries years ago. also, i am sure some are confused about the changes of today and may be interested in what you have to say.

Why do young people think it's alright to say: "I'm Bored"? Is it alright to say "I'm STUPID"?
To me it's exactly the same thing. Anyone who lacks the CREATIVITY or smarts to come up with something interesting or edifying to do, is really and I mean REALLY DUMB! Then, they look for OTHER PEOPLE who are similarly afflicted and expect THEM to participate in entertaining them.
That's TWO thing that are NOT attractive: 1) Not creative 2) Expects others to entertain you.
Seriously... Why would I waste my time with someone like that?

Paint all the sidewalks (one square at a time) all differnet colours. It'll take a while and you'll annoy people.

get some friends from schools e mails to talk to them run in the backyard there has got to be one who hates kids sit in her yard wait for her to yell at u run away then come back and wait for her to come back or join the knitting club!JK
