Last year I started feeling little knot like massess at the bottom on my pelvic region/lower belly. One year later, I have them all over my stomach and one near my rib cage. They feel like little cysts and are getting bigger. When you touch down on them they feel very bruised up. Anyone have any idea what these are?

Sounds like lymph nodes, but you definitely need to see an MD, as it could be a symptom of serious infection

I am not sure, but I would see an MD, you shouldn't mess with something like this. They could be enlarged lymph nodes.
