Do you guys know of any cheap and easy way to help get rid of dark circles under the eyes because I can't seem to get rid of mine even when i get enough sleep and you can still kind of notice them when i put foundation on them... thanks

Don't put foundation on them! It only accentuates them. Try a really good cream like philosophy or kinerase.
