I am going to the concert with the love of my life and we're going to see her favorite band I was just wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions on places to go out to eat or even on other things that would be nice to do before the concert. It is at the Electric Factory on 421 N 7th Street. Any suggestions would be greatly accepted I haven't been there in over 4 years so I've forgotten everything. Thank You!

dude, no need to write the address. philadelphians knwo where that's at.

to eat?

nothing special. they say that you need to eat at pats or genos, but i much prefer making my own cheese steaks. better than either of them anyway. but geno's is better anyway, if you decide to get a steak there.

there are plenty of nice things to do before the concert. walking south street is great. it's like a mall... but it's outside. you just walk the street, and all the stores are right there, and you can go in, or keep walking, it's quite different from your average mall. and if you wanna buy something in philly, you can buy it there.

It sounds like you will also be near chinatown, I recommend the "New Harmony" at 9th and Cherry.
Besides the Chinese food, beins so close to the PA convention center, there should be pleanty of other nice eating places.
If still at a loss, just type the address in Yahoo! maps, and check out local restraunts.
Good luck, and enjoy.

Go to the Bean Coffee shop at 6th and South if you end up walking around there. The coffee is MUCH better than those chains also represented on the srteet. Jen does her own baking, too.
