There has to be a decesion that is made because when you marry you promise not only your heart, but your body too. If you are spending time with someone else then you cannot possible be interested in keeping this promise. If the decision is hard then the dating thing went too far, or maybe you should have never gotten married.

Love is a wonderful thing but can lead to very hard choices so just do what you heart tells you only at the end of the decision that you will know if you have made the right one just follow you heart.

Just hope you don't have children, as these are the ones that will get hurt in the end. and after 2 years you need to do some serious soul searching. and go one way or another.
