I am trying to get into a site, that is listed on my "allowed" popups but still won't let me in?

if you hold like ctrl on windows i think it will allow pop ups but is that dosnt help type ctrl alt and down if that dont work type ctrl alt and down

They may have banned you or your firewalls are interfering.

press control (ctrl) while clicking on the website.
if not then .. i dunno :s
