Press the reset button usually located on the back of your router. That will reset everything to the factory defaults.

Hitting the reset button is crap. You loose all of your settings. If you haven't changed anything, try just unplugging the POWER cord on it and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, log into it by opening a web browswer and typing http://192.168.0.1 in the address bar (this is default, you may have changed it) default username and password is admin/password Check your settings there. If nothing has changed, either your internet connection is down, or the router has gone bad. If you haven't changed anything, generally, the router is bad if the reset doesn't work and your internet connection has been tested to be working properly.
