one with a long handle? which is better for turning stubborn screws? explain.!!

thick handle screwdriver (flat) get it under the cover and hit the thick end of the screwdriver with a hammer or just use the hammers claw . thick handle for stubborn screws and a lot of elbow grease its easier to grip than a long screwdriver

A flathead screwdriver, not huge, but definitely bigger than average. The handle length really does not matter, just as long it as the screwdriver is in good shape. As for stubborn screws, if the screw head is out enough you may be able to try using a good pair of pliers and a little patience. Just clamp the pliers on the screw head and turn. If it is a very old screw, I wouldn't recommend using this method as the you may break the screw head off and then you will be mad at me. Good Luck

Go to the hardware store and get a paint scraper with the opener on the side.
