If you don't want to drink those new energy drinks, coffee, or cola, Green tea comes in a capsule. It is only 35 mg of caffeine. But that might be just the amount you need. You can try this over the counter stuff called focus factor. I know they sell it at CVS don't know anyone who has tried it. Spirulina powder may help because it energizes you and is full of vitamins. And Lastly get plenty of sleep at night, exercise and easy on the partying! Good luck!

Eat a good breakfast- something that doesn't have too many refined carbs. Brown rice, whole oatmeal, or beans are good because they breaks down slowly in your body and give you lasting energy. Oh yeah and fruits and green tea are good.

I used to write myself notes during class and to make sure that other people couldn't read my silly writing I learned to write backwards and that way I could write stuff in the margins or whatever about the instructor or anything else or a to do list or whatever etc to keep from nodding off. Doodling helps too - as long as you do not pay too much attention to your writing and more on the speaker.

You can put a drop or two on the back of your neck. Make sure not to get it in your eyes or on any sensitive areas.
