teen people is usually a lot quicker to read, and mostly made up of celebrity gossip. cosmo girl is really great. they have articles, tips, and gossip. i suggest cosmo girl, i love it ;)

I'd say it's totally up to you, but I would choose Cosmogirl. I have a subscription to it and I really like it.

Neither they are both horrible. Try Discovery or National Geographic if you want to learn something valuable.
