Sprint has the Katana (Sanyo) and the a900-something or other (Samsung). The Katana looks very, very similar to the RAZR. I have it and love it!
And, for the record, the RAZR itself does NOT and can NOT work with Sprint. Sprint won't activate an unlocked Cingular RAZR, and T-Mobile/Verizon/etc. RAZR's are not compatable with Sprint's network.

How much are you paying a month at Sprint?
$39.99 - Sprint offers 450 w/out Mobile to Mobile
T-mobile offers 600 with mobile to mobile, (Nights and Weekends of course too)
$59.99 - Sprint offers 900
T-mobile offers 1500 (both with Nights/Weekends/Mobile>Mobile)
T-mobile offers the Samsung T809 which is an amazing phone. Their reception is also outstanding. Better then Sprint's.

Type in your adress, see if your covered. T-mobile also has the Razr, sidekick, and is coming out with some very cool new Samsungs. They are also getting the new&improved Razr at some point in the future.
The Samsung A900 and LG Fusic seem like pretty nice phones that sprint has. (T-mobiles are better still though ;-) )
Go to www.phoneschoop.com and you can compair phones
Oh, and T-mobile customer care is AMAZING. They have been incredibly nice to me
The only reason i'm saying so much good stuff about T-mobile, is because they have treated me so well, I think they deserve a little campaigning

Do NOT buy the Verizon or T-Mobile versions of the RAZR. They disable all the cool features (for the dumbest of reasons). Speaking of Sprint, they recently had a class action lawsuit ruled against them for overcharging and deceiving their users. Sure you wanna stay with them? :) Your choice... can only show you the door, can't make you walk through it. The best provider I've found is Cingular and I've tried em all, including Sprint. The RAZR is one of the coolest phones, I just so happen to have one.

Unfortunately Sprint is a CDMA network provider. And very few companies make CDMA phones and the ones that do (which will lesson by next year), CDMA is only 1-2% of what they make. They really don't make much effort to get "cool" new phones to CDMA providers. Sorry, you are stuck. G.S.M. -That's all I'm saying ;)
Just look. You can buy the manufactures unlocked version of all these phones :)

I tried a Razr and was sadly disappointed. I loved the shape/size, etc, but the spindial in the middle always seemed to freeze up, then would try to catch up and mess my phone up. The number keys would freeze up also when txt msging - I took this back after 3 days, and ended up with another trusty Samsung.

i does not evaluate Razr's to be the peak of trend those days, yet consequently of having one, you likely have a some thing your individuals do not: a splash extra money on your pocket. If it makes stable telephone calls and your pleased with it, then save it.

yeah, sprint's a pretty good carrier depending on where you live. But honestly, from all the people I've talked w/ who have Razr's, trust me when I say "you don't want one". They break too easily, they had to replace theirs (some several times), the outer screen breaks, the inner screen shorts out...it's really not worth it.
