It's a big redneck event that happens once a year on labor day weekend in Clinton,AR.

There are other activities beside wagon race.
Each Labor Day Weekend brings the National Championship Chuck Wagon Races to Clinton. Activities include chuck wagon races, the Snowy River Race, bronc fanning, Western music and dances, trail rides, non-denominational church services on Sunday morning, a Civil War reenactment, barn dances, a Western trade show, music and lots of food.

I guess chuck wagon race is big. The last reference is Arkansas Wagon Race association.

Yes, I've heard of it. There's also the outhouse races at BeanFest in Mtn. View, AR. :)
