Can you watch movies on it. Can i put my DVD's on it and watch the or just the music video's and tv shows from itunes.

You can do both. Getting videos from a DVD will involve you ripping the video to your computer and then converting it into the ipod format - using a quick google search will bring up the videora ipod converter-free, and is a good converting program. Or you can simply buy the videos from itunes.

You just ned to convert the existing movie you have into the right
video format..no doubt you do not own a Mac otherwise
you would not be asking this question.
You got to convert it to quicktime or another video codec that apple software recognises then change over to ipod format when you use itunes to download the new file.

Yes you can put DVDs on it! You need the right software but you can certainly do it. Try www.isquint.org for example.
