he left with the fake family and they dropped him off at the guys house that looks just like him and he was going to tell him everything.

those people wern't really his family. Kyle found out that he never existed before the night in the woods when the Professor died. At the end he leaves the Tragers and goes with the family because they are there to help him. He doesn't tell the Tragers but he sort of tells Declan. When the fake family takes him to another house he meats this guy (from the college who went missing) and he looks a lot like Kyle. (An older version.)

I think he might be a clone. You could watch the last episode on abcfamily.com. In the end he meets that Adam Bailey guy. You know the one who was in that photo in the college? There's also a clone in this tank thing that looks exactly like Kyle.
