I've read comments from many dozens (mainly females) of people in the last couple of days bewailing the death of this man. I find it totally sad and ironic that you have not given anything like as much sympathy to the many British and American soldiers and airmen killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and so on. 14 British airmen killed about 36 hours ago alone. Are you all television freaks who do nothing but watch the box all day? No matter what this man did he was only one man making TV shows and that does not equate to the thousands of dead servicemen.

It is very sad, but the tragic part of this is his wife and two little children no longer have a husband and father. Unfortunetly this happens all to common to noncelebs.

It is always sad when someone dies, but...do we make such a fuss when a policeman(woman) dies doing their job? or, when a soldier dies fighting for his country, or the freedom of people living in another country?

he's not the only guy who's left behind a wife and kids, and he won't be the last

be sad if you want to, mourn if you think you have to, but please, be realistic too

Is it not obvious that he was eventually going to die from an animal. The things he was doing is just not normal. I thought it would have been from a snake or crocidile but it was dont by a gentel carpet of the sea.

how ironic.

i think it was an unusual way to die seeing he wrestled crocs for a living and he died by a stingray. he lived a dangerous life and it was gonna happen someday but yeah i was surprised i kind of thought he was invincible after all these years

The guy was a douche and asked for it. When you step into other animals habitats u instantly put ur self at the lowest point on the foodchain. its like saying "I'm a mechanic so today I'm gonna go play in the interstate....CRAiNKY. That sure would be a stupid thing to do wouldn't it.

is this a question?
Its not tragic, its slightly ironic.
He would have died anyway eventually, and with the lifestyle he led, he was probably going to gwet killed by something. He chose to be around the animasl and i think he would have prefered to die this way instead of dieng of old age, its not tragic
