Maybe because I'm 23, and maybe because I did the whole drinking thing when I was 18, but I cannot stand the culture of my school. It seems that nobody cares about anything except drinking!!! I mean, drinking can be fun, but isn't there more to life? And all the girls talk like valley girls... it's like so totally annoying.. oh my god!

My school isnt that great of a shcool, and its 33K a year, so everyone who is there is dumb and RICH and stuck up and DUMB and terrible!

I have no friends, and quite frankly, i don't want any! Like, OH MY GOD, like, you're SO RIGHT!

You don't say where you go to school, but if it's like any of the colleges I've visited/attended, there isn't just 1 culture at your school, there are dozens or hundreds of micro cultures. The party hard/frat scene may be the loudest and most visible, but trust me, there are a gazillion competing models. Looking for something more interesting?
- drop by the campus newspaper and see if you can join
- join a club for your major or for an activity
- volunteer at local food kitchen
- join student government
- pick up an instrument and join the band
- play intermural sports
all of these activities are micro culture of people with interests outside the party scene.

I can identify with your enthusiam in joining a school that should slightly look ok as far as promoting you to study...yeah...unfortunately...sounds like the neighorhood your school located in is constantly immersed in the feeling of fatelism, hence everybody like to party and drink like there is no tomorrow...getting you to eventually feeling stress out(teachers...students...dorm managers...)...getting you on your nerve...yeah...I think that it will be a good idea for you to transfer to another school...(in worse case scenario)...or joining religious studies club(use yourself as the role model)...joining debate team( or be an active members doing volunteer services...)...for I believe that the culture(organization culture ) what you are looking at now is a iceburg of what has been going on in the Mass Media...local communities...and they are also the ones that are looking for help...

Anyway...Good luck with whatever you choose to do...

You're at the wrong school.
This is why it's important to visit a campus before you apply.

Transfer. There are so many schools that would be a better fit for you.

Hang out with grad students, if your college has them. They are much more serious about learning, as opposed to getting falling down drunk.
