It certainly is. There are overfull ashtrays everywhere, there's a perpetual pall of smoke floating about head high, the furniture and drapes stink, and the walls are permanently stained with nicotine. It's a good thing I work at home, nobody else would put up with a place like this.

Nah. there is law against smoking in the work place. So you have to go outside in designated area.

No, unfortunitly the communist government has stopped us from smoking. Oh just for your info I worked in a PRIVATE club as the bar manager/bar tender.

No, thank God. They once had that privlege but their smoke breaks kept getting longer and longer, so the boss cut them off completely.

Where I work there are red hot sparks flying from cutting torches, welders, and grinders. Smoking isn't allowed, we can't have any fire hazards...

.. and I don't have a workplace .. I'm a tradesman .. so I drive around in a truck. Apparently that is considered our workplace .. so no smoking.
.. Tuff smoking laws in Canada now. No Indoor buildings (period!)
