You're vomiting bile because your stomach is empty. Call your Dr's office.

It is probably some vomit and bile. Bile backs up into oyur stomach when it is very empty, and usually looks greenish or yellow, and smells especially more foul than vomit.
You really do need to call your OB/GYN or family doctor and let them know this is going on. Vomiting to this point means you could easily become dehydrated, which is not good for you or baby.
A quick call to the doctor, and they iwll be able to help you figure out why you might be vomiting like this, and give you istructions on what to do.

Probably vomiting on an empty stomache.
Eat something at least every 2 hours while you are PG and you'll be less likely to have problems with morning sickness.

If it looks like the yellow yolk from in egg, thats what I threw up when I was pregnant. That was my morning sickness.

It's bile and you will eventually stop when you don't have any bile left.

check with your doctor. when i was pregnant it was happening to me too but my baby came out really healthy.
