For the multivitamin you should take one that contains iron. As for the calcium, make sure whatever calcium you take also contains vitamin D. And you would want a calcium supplement that is readily absorbed, I think you should look at Citrical with vit. D. Citrical is calcium citrate and it is well absorbed. Another great source of calcium is calcium fortifed orange juice. You should be getting 1200mg of calcium daily.

You need calories, not just vitamins. The best way to get healthy calories and vitamins and minerals is to eat healthy, natural foods. Some healthy foods with calories and important nutrients include vegetables with mono-unsaturated fats. Look for avocados (or guacamole), olives, olive oil, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, soy beans (also called soy nuts), and soy milk. All of those foods will help you. If you want to take a vitamin supplement, look for something with both vitamins and minerals, at 100% of the recommended daily allowance. Stay away from supplements that give way over 100% of the RDA, because there can be problems caused by overdoses of some vitamins and minerals.

You might want to go to a vitamin store ( GNC or something like that ). They have all kinds of shakes and vitamins that can help. Or just get a multivitamin made just for women and a calcium chew. But you should talk to a doctor. Good Luck.

I would have a talk with your doc. & a nutritionist, homeopath or naturopath.
It sounds like you have a fast metabolism.
It's good to get vitamins & organic food but you need a resource person. Someone that knows your body & makes sure nothing else is going on with you.

talk with your "pharmacist" (not just the person working behind the counter) (at Walgreens, Walmart, at your grocery store, or whichever one is near you), tell him/her all you've said above and they will point out to you a few different name brands of products of vitamins that would be good for you.
