They used Henna a lot to colour their nails, so the colors weren't so vivid......but there was an Egyptian Red and a dark charcoal that were very popluar.

Marigold, turquoise, mild blue, coral, crimson, and nicely, any pastel shade (: shimmers are severe high quality too. i admire white besides and if i bypass dark, they must be like relatively dark. unlike crayola crayon colours or something. some thing that i love to do is positioned army blue nail polish on, then draw an anchor with white nail polish interior the middle. maybe upload slightly silver or gold. relatively particularly nonetheless! additionally you're able to do ombre effects! relatively particularly! seem it up on YouTube (:

As Di said, they used henna to color their nails.
But it wasn't common until later. I'm not sure for a time line here, but if you are buying nail polish for a costume, try a reddish-orange. The black is a modern color, and it's not natural.

They didn't have nail polish such as we have, so they wouldnt have painted their nails at all. It's possible they had real gold applied to their nails, but it would have been metal, not a laquer paint.

Sorry, it's been discontinued. We do have several colors that are similar but absolutely nothing like it, though....
