don't do it, or mess it up so bad, or make it so confusing that she won't want you to do it. Also, go S-L-O-W........Remember, she doesn't sign your paycheck. ( Do you have a boss that is kind? Will he or she, sit and listen to you if you genuinely had something to say?) I believe if you went to your boss, and be up front, and tell them this is uncomfortable for you, they will listen. Especially if you have always been a "team player". Personally, I would tell this woman to back off ,lest she lose a body part! Everybody's kin to somebody. Probably the only way she COULD get a job, was because she went to work for her kinfolk. If she's being such a ***** to you, I bet she's doing it to other people. Or, maybe she's jealous.

My old trick works the best. Just tell her you will get to it if you find time and just move it over to the side and forget it. I have the same problem because I find a way to get ahead and I already do more then the other three I work with that does about the same thing. So they think that I am not doing anything or caught up that I have time to do their work too.

Really just set it aside and but when you do that make sure you are busy all the time no matter how small your job is it is still your job and if you don't do yours you will be in trouble not them. They will learn that their work is not getting done and will be in trouble for it not you. Only problem you will have is they will try to get you in trouble for everything you do that is not related to your job.

Good luck.

If you compromise now you will be compromising the entire time you are at that company. You should arrange a meeting with your boss and generally tell them what the matter is associated with.

At that point, it is important for the supervisor to ensure that everyone is responsible for DOING THEIR OWN WORK.

before speaking to your boss, I would speak to her, non confrontayionally- when she asks, let her know that you have your work to do an you don't have the time and resources to add anything ewlse to your plate. tell her how to do what she does not understand then go on your way. If she responds in a way that causes problems or begins to harrass you, I would speak to the boss aobut her behavior. It might be a better idea to go to him in a manner that is not pointing fingers or 'complaining' let him know what is going on without naming names at first- then when he understands the situation, let him know who is doing this

hate to give you the bad news but it sounds like you are screwed, you have absolutely no reason to keep doing this persons work for her so don't, the next times she asks say no, if she just pushes it your way don't do it, maybe even take the time to explain to her why you won't do it anymore but other than that you don't owe her anything, although it does sound like a bad situation, best of luck to you though

Stop doing her work for her. Next time she asks, tell her you are busy with your own work. Tell her no enough times and she will stop asking.

If she cant handle doing her own work, the boss will notice soon enough.

just explain to your boss what's happening. if he's a real boss then, their relationship shouldn't be a factor. just say that she's not learning by you doing all the work.

i promise you she had you pegged at the beginning as someone she can exploit. i suggest that you firmly and politely tell her to do her own work. if she persists, then simply take the work and place it on your boss' desk. she'll get the hint.

Dont try to tell your boss. Just exploit her back. "CHARGE" her for the work you do.....if you know what i mean. If she refuses to give it up then tell your boss.
