I have been experiencing chest pains since a couple of days ago on and off. I need to know if this is normal?

Yes. Your uterus is growing and pushing on your internal organs. This actually forces your diaphragm up futher and puts pressure on your lungs and heart. This in turn causes your ribs and chest to expand. The stretching can be painful. Akin to growing pains in childhood and teenage years.

I think it's normal...but I'm no doctor. I can't remember if I've experiened it or not....but if this is your first pregnancy ... and it sounds like it is.... it is natural for you to feel anxious about anything different going on with your body. It's good you listen.... but in all honesty.... sounds like just that your abdomen is growing and not leaving much room for other things.... like air.... or hormones can cause chest pains... but I wouldn't worry about it....

I'm not sure, what you mean by chest pain?
There could be some associated pressure with your uterus pressing on your organs but there shouldn't be any chest pain. I would check in with your doc.

i never experienced it. I would at least be checked out by your doctor to be safe....maybe it's triplets!
