i have added seafoam before and the valves have been adjusted to.the truck misses when it gets warm to. worst at low idle.thanks for the ideas.

Seems like its a timing issue, or the computer isn't recieving good info from it temp sensor or something. Oryour in need of a tuneup, bad. Change plugs, wires, and cap and rotor, if applicable...even if you think the wires are good. Good luck.

You Sir have a vacuum leak.........

With it at idle, listen for a sucking noise. More than likely a hose came off the intake manifold. Locate and follow ALL hoses going to the intake manifold.
