Humans emit all types of radiation. Infa-red mostly, but the natural decay of unstable nuclei in our bodies emits all sorts of stuff, like gamma, beta, and alpha (these in very small quantities).

Yes humans are radioactive and we emit all sorts of radiation. Two of the many radioactive isotopes that are common in the human body are C-14 and K-40. That's right if you eat bananas or other fruit high in potassium you are ingesting small amounts of radioactive material. But don't worry it shouldn't kill or make you sick.

And don't forget the tritium you ingest.
