Yes I would. While I must say that I would be a little surprised to see a man dressed this way, I would still look at him and think that he was a very handsome man.

umm...i don't think i'd notice the fact that he was cute...the way he was dressed would completely distract me from any other details, besides the fact that he is obviously male.
