ok first hes diabetic..and he hasn't ate all day..and we were moving and he was helping us....and hes been drinking alot of soda ..and then he threw up and he started getting dizzy..so i took him to lay down and then he says he has chest pain...on one side of his breast..so hes at the hospitail now and there doing tests to see if he did have one but i want to know if any of you are doctors or know about this stuff tell me what you think

It's difficult to say without more information. It could be that his blood sugar was either low or extremely high. Did you check his blood sugar? What was it?
They will need to run test to check out his heart. Lab, Xrays and EKG's. This will say for sure if it was a heart attack or not.

Im not a doctor but I am a emt. It does sound like it could have ben a light heart attack. Did you know that most people die from heart attacks because they are in denile and dont go for help. It is so great that yall got him to the hospital fast.that is the best thing you could have ever done.Great work! kudos to you
