Each company should offer a password reset. if you filled out a security question.

Which ever messenger u r talking abt go to forget password and fill the details and the security question u have chosen when u signed on to it, it will give a new password, but the thing is the info u give now shd be exactly the same whn u signed with

click on the link forgot my password to retireve ur password .
submit ur secret question and answer to get a new password .
