I have heard that University is covered in scotland... My mother is Scotish and I'm a registered under her passport but we now live in Canada. I still have lots of family in Scotland.... I am wondering, can I go to school for free in Scotland?

try fastweb.com.... i'm sure they will have some answers. i'd move to scotland for free ed.
