Yes, every time you apply you have to pay the fee again. Next time you apply (6 months would be a good time) make sure you have other documents, additional visa, additional funds etc. to negate the reason why they failed to give you a visa.

too bad you cant go work in Hong Kong first and then apply from there to Canada....it is much faster and the Embassy is not so corrupt as in Manila.

If you cant pass the interview, maybe you should not come to Canada...we have enough short fat Filipinos here already....why cant we attract the good looking ones?
