Its common... some guys do like to get dressedup as girls... thats common most of us would have done it once in our life
some just dont accept it
some do
but make sure he doesnt dress himself up put on make up and go out ... that would be gross
try to add some spice in you s*x life with it make him happy if you are ok with it
else speak to him and see wat best you can do to help him
