Since you asked and I'm laughing, I'll answer. Currently a 34D, was a 34F in high school. That's a 34DDD if you don't know what an F is.
Wear the best support bra that money can buy, mine used to run me $50+. Then I held my upper arms against my sides to help keep them in place, less bouncing. Mostly I just ran as slow as I could get away with in gym class.
For softball, I didn't care. I was there to play, and I didn't care since there was never THAT big of a crowd at games, mostly just family.
