Good question - hey, if you ever get hold of it, contact me through my profile. What about "For You" and "Runner"?
I'd also like to find a copy of their "Somewhere in Afrika" album on CD, but without having to shell out a lot of money.

The local paper here had an article on iTunes. They said that some musicians have held out and aren't releasing songs on iTunes yet. That's probably why.

I don't know -maybe a shocking display of good taste? Not only is it incredibly inferior to the original version by Bruce Springsteen but it also shows Mann's unwillingness/inability to use the correct lyrics.

Because they do not have licensing rights to it yet. You just have to keep checking back until they get it or just go to some other music store.

Because that song is finished. Unknown to most, all songs have a life span. That one has used up it's time allotment.

There is a lot of stuff that they do not have, even for bands that they have some stuff for they do not have all their tunes.
iTunes is kinda lame in that respect.
