Web design is as difficult as you make it. There are plenty of free hosts out there that will allow you to upload your website, subject to a few limitations. If you want more freedom you would have to buy a hosting package. They come pretty cheap these days though.

yes of course! if you know how to. if not, you can do it by trial and error, you have dreamweaver for that anyway. you can also mix your designing style for a more glamorous design using Adobe Photoshop and Imageready. like this cool templates.

but thats a different issue. Do it yourself is pretty ok for personal pages, but not for business type thing, you know. unless if youre really good on it.

ah if you want something free, it will be hosted with ads, nothing you can do about it if you want it for free

try yahoo geocities or angelfire

they will let you upload your dreamweaver html code directly up, and then itll be ready
