This HEUR keeps popping up for me to delete. My virus program is blocking them, but I have to delete at least 15 times in a row before it stops.

Ouch. Malware is one of the hardest to get rid of.

You will need to log onto your computer in safe mode (when it is loading up keep pressing F8 until it comes up with an option to log into safe mode). Once logged in run your virus scanner and spyware and try and get rid of it. I had Malware about 9 months ago and took me about five hours of continual trying to get rid of it. I found that I couldn't delete it unless I moved it to another folder from where it was and then deleted it.

Good luck.

It could be that your anti-virus is not deleting the virus. This can happen when files associated with the virus are in use, meaning they cant be edited or deleted. Try starting windows in safe mode and scanning your computer. That usually prevents the files being loaded, which means they can then be deleted.
